If you are a first-time visitor to Hawaii, we recommend the following locations to stay at: Waikiki on Oahu is the most famous and popular location, attracting millions of visitors every year.

The Maui alternative of Waikiki is Kaanapali, where you can enjoy fine accommodations and plenty of dining and entertainment options. Other suggested Maui locations are Kihei and Wailea.

Kauai is less busy than Oahu and Maui.  If you are looking for lush and scenic landscapes, visit Hanalei or Princeville. You will be amazed by the green surroundings. Other very popular Kauai locations are Poipu and Kapaa.

The Big Island of Hawaii also attracts millions of visitors each year because it is home to Hawaii’s number one attraction – Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. If you want to be near the volcano and get to the park quickly, stay at Hilo. If you don’t mind being a little further from it, Waiklaloa has a wonderful selection of hotels.
